Fee publication and complaints handling procedure
We endeavour to offer proficient professional services at reasonable fees with the allowance of mutually agreeable repayment terms:
Our fees are chargeable and applicable on a case by case basis depending on the complexity of the matter. We operate an Agreed Fee paying basis and Hourly rates: Our Hourly rates on Immigration matters are chargeable at a rate of £150 to £200 per hour, the variation of the rate dependent on the complexity of the matter.
We also offer an Agreed Fees / Fixed Fees Service to our clients. The Agreed Fees retainer and payment method would have contained within it the terms of the fixed fees from one stage of the matter to another. The stage the Agreed fees would cover would be made clear at the onset of receipt of initial instructions. An Agreed Fee arrangement is one that is fixed and is one which cannot be increased and or reduced following receipt of retainer. It is one that is not dependent on the completion of a retainer therefore there would be no refunds if the client after instructions is given decides to change his / her mind on progressing the matter further. Please be advised that our agreed fees are non-exclusive of any disbursements. Disbursement includes but not limited to court fees, interpreters fees, fees of an expert, travelling costs to be engaged in acting, barristers fees for Court attendance, drafting of grounds etc.

Initial Consultation Fees:
For Immigration matters we charge a one off consultation fee of £80 for the first 40 minutes of the consultation and £100 for consultations in excess of 40 minutes.
